about our music program

State-of-the-art, fun music education for children. Our practices are built on the principle of how children learn music, not based in a prescribed method on how to teach. I often get asked, "When do you start xyz? "When the child is ready." They show us the readiness for moving on. We are not all the same and we all learn differently. Let the children play and guide their own way. They often can go faster this way.

Our Mission

We are committed to excellence in providing the best experiences for children to BE musical—not to learn about music, but to learn to become the best musician. Additionally, we provide other music educators with the tools to make an extraordinary  difference with their students using .

Our Values

Every human being deserves to connect to their culture through music and life-long engagement in music learning, performing and enjoyment. No matter our differences, we all find value in learning to be expressive through one of the most sacred gifts we all share—being musical.

"My 5 yr. old daughter has been a student with Mr. Eric since she was 5 months old. I believe his method of teaching music not only enhanced her verbal skills, but introduced an early foundation for the love and understanding of music."

I needed to reach out to you to thank you and to commend you.  I have been a student at lots if prestigious institutions -- I am a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and have my MBA from Stanford. I don't say that to boast but simply to tell you that I have not encountered many teachers who relate to their students as well as you do. You really have a gift. From you, I both learned music theory and also how to better respect my child's learning style.   Your class was not only a special time each week for me and Ellison together, it was often a lily pad of creative expression in a  hectic and stressful week for me.   Thank you for being part of our lives in such an important way in the last 2 1/2 years,
